Highland Black Mocha w/ Cacao Nibs & Chipotle Peppers

A cold-side addition of cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans and chipotle peppers to Black Mocha Stout leads to a complex mingling of roast, hot chocolate and toasted, cinnamon-raisin bread-like aromas. Nutty and chocolatey throughout, subtle heat from the chipotle peppers comes through in the finish.

Ipswich Oatmeal Stout (2015)

Deep, rich and malty with hints of chocolate and coffee.  It's what espresso would be if it had the gumption to be beer.  We use two different hop additions, specially selected crystal malts, roasted barley and oatmeal to give it a soft and silky mouth feel.  Makes a great dessert or meal.
